About our client

We are currently working with an international private equity real estate fund with a solid presence in the hospitality and industrial sectors. As part of its continued growth, our client has created a new position for a Treasury/Finance Manager to oversee the company's liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, financing, and risk management. Responsibilities include optimizing capital allocation and cash utilization, supporting investment and financing activities, and ensuring strong financial controls across multiple entities and investment projects. The position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves

• Develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business operations, investment activities, and monitor variances to recommend corrective actions
• Ensure adequate liquidity for operations, real estate developments, capital expenditures, debt service, and corporate obligations
• Optimize working capital and maximize efficient deployment of available cash
• Oversee bank account administration, signatory management, and cash management structures
• Execute and monitor electronic payments, wire transfers, and treasury transactions
• Support refinancing initiatives and new financing transactions
• Monitor loan agreements, covenant compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate funding requirements for acquisitions, developments, renovations, strategic investments, capital expenditures, and project funding across the investment portfolio
• Partner with asset management to forecast operating cash requirements
• Support transaction closings and capital deployment for new investments
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and corporate governance standards
• Strengthen cash management processes and fraud prevention controls
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash position and liquidity reports
• Support implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking technologies
• Develop treasury policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness

Who we are looking for

• Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management experience within private equity, real estate, or investment management
• Proven experience managing cash across multiple legal entities and real estate projects
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
• Understanding of SPVs, holding company structures, and project finance
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
• Strong analytical and financial problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English
