About the PositionJoin our skilled imaging team in Phoenix, AZ as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. Use clinical expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, operate and maintain imaging equipment, monitor patients, and produce high-quality images for timely interpretation. Provide patient education, adhere to radiation safety and departmental protocols, and contribute to efficient workflow and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
- State radiologic technologist license for Arizona, if applicable.
- BLS certification required.
- Clinical experience typically achieved with 2 years of relevant experience in Interventional Radiology or related special procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to perform invasive/interventional procedures and administer approved radiopharmaceuticals or medications when applicable.
- Effective communication, human relations, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Client requirement: awareness of varied work schedule details and any additional requirements noted in order documentation prior to applying.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

- Shift Hours: 07:30–18:00.

Impacting Patient Care
Perform radiographic diagnostic and interventional special procedures following provider orders and departmental protocols. Educate patients and families about procedures and maintain professional conduct. Produce and present high-quality images and documentation for interpretation. Perform equipment quality control, troubleshoot as needed, and maintain a safe environment. Uphold ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities, including confidentiality. Contribute to efficient department workflow and inventory management to prevent service interruptions.
