Our reputable Arlington, Virginia-based law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our growing transactional practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of business and real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, loan agreements, loan modifications, title and survey review, and related due diligence matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions, interact directly with clients, and collaborate closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive team environment.
We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong writing, analytical, research, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned matters while contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in commercial real estate, leasing, banking, lending, finance, or a related practice area
Experience with commercial leasing, loan documentation, due diligence, title, survey, and closing-related matters
Excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
Virginia Bar admission required or ability to waive into the Virginia Bar
Maryland and District of Columbia Bar admission, or eligibility for admission, is a plus
