At JPMorganChase, third‑party risk management is a firmwide priority, and effective governance depends on clear standards and consistent adoption. In this role, you will help ensure stakeholders are aligned, informed, and equipped as program changes move from rollout to steady state.Job summary
As a Stakeholder Readiness and Transformation Adoption Lead, in Corporate Third Party Oversight, you will lead change management activities and drive end-user adoption activities across a complex, global third‑party oversight program. You will deliver an integrated approach to change management, communications, training, and knowledge management, while maintaining governance routines that enable timely decisions and transparent escalation. You will shape how CTPO delivers a cohesive, consistent and risk-based experience for our global stakeholders, from initial rollout through steady state.
Job responsibilities
- Build and run an integrated approach across change management, communications, training, knowledge management and user experience support
- Own the end-user experience from rollout through business as usual, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, informed and equipped at each stage
- Assess stakeholder readiness for major initiatives, identify gaps and coordinate targeted actions to accelerate adoption and reduce disruption
- Represent the end-user perspective in tool, system and process design discussions
- Identify, escalate and track adoption risks, control needs and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and leadership visibility
- Develop and deliver communications that build awareness and support adoption across stakeholder groups
- Plan and run stakeholder forums end to end, including agendas, materials, calendars, attendance tracking and follow-ups
- Create leadership-ready materials that summarize decisions, risks, mitigation plans and dependencies
- Partner across the governance team and program teams to embed updates into documentation, training and support models
- Track engagement and adoption metrics and contribute to reporting on reach, sentiment and content effectiveness
- Support additional governance processes as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
- Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills, including with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience leading change management, stakeholder engagement or adoption initiatives in financial services
- Knowledge of risk management, third-party oversight or control frameworks
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across global teams
- Experience creating and maintaining governance or knowledge content, including standard operating procedures, playbooks and training materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Confluence
- Ability to prioritize work independently and escalate issues and risks appropriately
- Collaborative working style and commitment to solving problems
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in outsourcing or third-party risk management
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations for governance documentation and oversight programs in financial services
- Experience supporting user experience research, process design or tool strategy in a program management context
- Ability to partner with global and local stakeholders across time zones
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
