Caymas Naples located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Server/Bartender/Cook/Host Hostess! We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and dining services to guests. This multifaceted role supports daily food and beverage operations by preparing and serving meals, mixing and serving beverages, greeting guests, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Successful candidates are team-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to creating a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Server
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver meals and beverages in a timely manner.
- Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Address resident and guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Verify legal drinking age and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible beverage service.
- Process beverage orders and transactions accurately.
- Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards.
- Assist with meal preparation, food presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor food quality and ensure products meet established standards.
- Follow all local health department regulations and company policies.
- Host/Hostess Responsibilities
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage seating arrangements and dining reservations as applicable.
- Assist with special events, community functions, and dining activities.
- Maintain accurate wait lists and communicate seating availability.
- Help create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, bartending, cooking, or customer service preferred.
- Food Handler Certification and/or TABC certification (or ability to obtain as required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Other Qualifications:
- Demonstrates good energy and motivation.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Country Club experience preferred but not required.
