Overview Of The Role:- The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple high-value construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing consultants and contractors, and driving project performance through proactive monitoring. The Senior Project Manager must promote accountability and operational excellence while safeguarding project profitability. Success in this role requires strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful project handover.
What You Will Do:
Project Delivery
- Successfully deliver multiple concurrent construction projects from mobilization through handover, achieving approved schedule, budget, quality, and HSE targets.
- Lead and manage Project Management Consultants (PMC), Supervision Consultants, Contractors, and Design Consultants to ensure effective project execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Drive project performance through proactive monitoring of progress, risks, costs, claims, variations, and recovery plans, ensuring timely corrective actions and informed decision-making.
- Ensure successful stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination among Development, Design, Procurement, Commercial, Customer Care, and Facilities Management teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, value engineering, and operational excellence while safeguarding project profitability and investment value.
Work Environment
- Manage multiple high-value construction projects simultaneously across different development stages and locations.
- Coordinate and align diverse stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, utility providers, and internal departments with competing priorities and objectives.
- Maintain project delivery commitments amid changing business requirements, market conditions, design modifications, and construction challenges.
- Balance schedule, cost, quality, commercial, and operational objectives while minimizing project risks and contractual disputes.
- Make critical decisions under pressure in a fast-paced and highly dynamic real estate development environment.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in construction and project management, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Management role.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, construction management, project controls, cost management, risk management, quality management, and contract administration.
- Extensive experience managing Project Management Consultants (PMC), Supervision Consultants, Contractors, and Design Consultants.
- Strong contractual and commercial awareness with practical experience in FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Arabic is required.
- Experience with reputable real estate developers such as Emaar Misr, SODIC, Palm Hills, Mountain View, TMG, or equivalent.
