SummaryThe Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Global Brand Strategy & Marketing, to join our Global Brand Strategy team supporting the Classics Portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global brand leadership, cross-functional partners, and hotel teams to help shape, evolve, and bring our brands to life across the guest journey.
This position sits at the intersection of brand strategy and brand marketing-playing a critical role in defining brand positioning, guiding how brands come to life through guest experience, and driving impactful marketing that builds awareness, strengthens loyalty, and delivers commercial results.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, insights-led team focused on elevating brand clarity, consistency, and execution across a global portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to influence how our brands are defined, experienced, and activated around the world.

The Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy & Experience
• Support the development and evolution of brand positioning, value propositions, and brand frameworks across the Classics portfolio
• Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable guidance that informs the guest experience, programming, and on-property execution
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across key touchpoints, including the guest journey, design direction, and brand standards
• Contribute to the development of brand tools, frameworks, and resources that enable hotels to deliver on the brand promise
• Leverage insights, competitive analysis, and performance data to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Support the execution of key brand priorities, ensuring alignment across strategy, experience, and marketing initiatives
Brand Marketing
• Lead and support the development of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, preference, and commercial impact
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to bring brand campaigns, content, and storytelling to life across channels
• Guide the development of brand messaging and content that reflects each brand's positioning and resonates with target audiences
• Partner closely with World of Hyatt and broader commercial teams to ensure Classics brands are strategically represented across loyalty marketing, promotions, and member communications-maximizing visibility, driving engagement, and strengthening each brand's role within the broader Hyatt ecosystem
• Partner with digital, social, and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling brand expression across all platforms
• Support campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts
• Contribute to the development of brand marketing toolkits and guidance for hotel teams to enable strong, on-brand local execution
Cross-Functional Leadership & Ways of Working
- Collaborate closely with teams across Brand Experience, Commercial, Digital, Operations, and Development
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and timelines
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in insights, creativity, and strategic thinking
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, marketing, or related fields
• Experience developing and evolving brand positioning and translating strategy into execution
• Strong background in brand marketing, including campaign development, content, and storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization
• Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Experience Preferred:
• Experience in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience supporting brand experience, guest journey, or on-property execution initiatives
• Experience working on global brands or multi-brand portfolios
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support content development

The salary range for this position is $100,000 -135,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
