About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Social Media on the Corporate Communications & Responsibility team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Brand & Digital Communications, you'll lead our corporate social media strategy and execution, managing agency partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube while ensuring all content meets pharma industry compliance standards. Your role will be critical in implementing social media governance policies enterprise-wide and managing the Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory approval processes that ensure our content meets industry requirements.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape Insmed's digital presence and thought leadership across social media platforms while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
You'll also:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across corporate channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube)
- Manage social media agency relationships and oversee campaign performance, budget allocation, and strategic direction
- Partner with Associate Director, Corporate Communications on content strategy for key executives on LinkedIn
- Lead paid social media initiatives across LinkedIn and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic
- Implement and monitor social media governance policies and procedures enterprise-wide
- Coordinate content approval processes with Medical, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams
- Define and execute YouTube channel strategy
- Support internal communications initiatives and employee advocacy efforts
Who You Are:
You have a minimum Bachelor's degree along with 7+ years of experience in social media strategy and management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
You are or you have:
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements for social media content
- Proven experience managing social media agencies and overseeing multi-platform strategies
- Expertise in paid social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Strong knowledge of content approval processes in regulated industries
- Experience advising executives on social media strategy and personal branding
- Analytical mindset with ability to challenge agency recommendations and optimize campaign performance
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Proven experience establishing KPIs and delivering performance reporting for social media campaigns
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with AI-powered social media management platforms and analytics tools, with demonstrated ability to integrate new AI technologies into existing workflows while maintaining regulatory compliance
Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most.

Pay Range:
$124,000.00-161,000.00 Annual
