Position Overview
We are a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of clean technology, infrastructure, and innovation. As we scale, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Business Development to support capital raising, strategic partnerships, and corporate growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and is excited by the opportunity to work across transactions, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership, external partners, and investors, playing a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Development & Strategy
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to support growth strategy and market entry decisions
- Develop, maintain and enhance corporate financial models and valuation frameworks
- Support scenario analysis, capital allocation decisions, and long-term strategic planning
- Contribute to the development of investment theses and strategic positioning
- Prepare internal strategy, investment, and decision-support materials for executive leadership
Business Development Execution
- Prepare polished investor and partner-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, and corporate presentations
- Manage and continuously improve CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and BD workflows
- Maintain data rooms and diligence materials across active transactions
- Support the progression of strategic relationships from initial engagement through execution
Transaction Structuring & Execution
- Support or lead transaction structuring, due diligence, and negotiations related to capital raises, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare transaction materials including MOUs, term sheets, process letters, and investment or board packages
- Support diligence processes, data rooms, and coordination with legal and financial advisors
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams
- Support executive and Board level communications, investor relations, and partner engagement
- Assist with inbound interest management and outbound relationship development
- Interface with strategic partners, investors, and government stakeholders

Requirements
Who You Are
You are a highly driven, analytical professional who enjoys working in entrepreneurial environments and taking ownership of complex workstreams. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, exercising sound commercial judgment, and working closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into execution.
You bring:
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, management consulting, or a similar transaction-focused role
- Experience working with growth-stage companies or in complex operating environments
- Experience in commercial development, strategic partnerships, capital raising, grant financing, and principle-side execution
- Experience supporting transactions, diligence processes, and deal execution
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas clearly
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort operating in fast-changing environments
- Experience in clean tech, infrastructure, or industrials
- Exposure to capital raising, strategic partnerships, and grant financing
