We are now expanding our sales and client coverage team to drive business development, institutional fundraising, and long-term client partnerships.

Job Purpose
You will be responsible for identifying new sales channels, serving as the key interface between the company and institutional and professional investors, managing existing client relationships, delivering investment solutions and supporting overall business development. You will deliver compliant sales presentations, conduct investor meetings, maintain strong client engagement, and contribute to the firm's fundraising targets and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and maintain investors including family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), institutional clients, asset allocators, and other professional investors.
- Promote and sell the firm's investment offerings covering private equity real estate, private credit, equity capital market and pre-IPO strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales / fundraising targets set by senior management.
- Conduct client meetings, roadshows, one‑on‑one presentations, and investment updates.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and potential follow‑on investments.
- Provide timely professional support: respond to enquiries, update fund performance, share market insights, and handle client servicing needs.
- Build long‑term trusted partnerships with investors and intermediaries.
3. Sales Materials & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain sales materials including pitch decks, fund factsheets, presentations, and due diligence documents.
- Ensure full compliance with SFC regulations and internal compliance requirements in all sales activities and materials.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
4. Product Development
- Manage the product lifecycle, including the execution of market plans (product positioning, marketing materials, sales training). Maintain consistent monitoring market trends, competitor activities, local regulatory that may impact the fund range, and investor preferences in private equity real estate, private credit, ECM and pre-IPO sectors.
- Assist to develop/provide input to and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Expand industry network with family offices, wealth managers, lawyers, consultants, and institutional partners.
- Support company events, investor seminars, and networking activities.
5. General Sales & Administrative Duties
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams including compliance, operations, and marketing for smooth client onboarding.
- Perform ad hoc business development and client‑related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales, business development, or client coverage experience in asset management, fund houses, private equity, wealth management, or financial services in Hong Kong.
Proven track record in fund sales, capital raising, or distribution of alternative / private market products (private equity real estate, private credit, equity capital market and pre-IPO )is highly preferred.
Existing network and access to family offices, HNWIs, or institutional investors is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SFC Type 4 / 9 regulations and compliance requirements for fund marketing and sales.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong client‑focused mindset, self‑driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and manage multiple clients and priorities.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for client coverage).
Right to work in Hong Kong.
