Acquisitions Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity

A well‑capitalized private real estate investment platform is looking to add an Acquisitions Analyst to support new equity investments across core real estate assets.

This role sits directly on the acquisitions team and offers hands‑on exposure to the full deal lifecycle, from initial underwriting through transaction close. The Analyst will work closely with senior investment professionals on live transactions and investment committee processes.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new acquisition opportunities across core real estate asset classes
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections and returns analysis
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and asset‑level diligence
• Support due diligence efforts and coordinate with third‑party advisors
• Assist with investment committee memos and internal approval materials
• Support transaction execution and closing processes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, investment sales, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and investment metrics
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Motivated, curious, and interested in long‑term growth within real estate investing
