Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future Construction Supervision (CS) opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)

Work locations may vary across Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.

• Riyadh
• Jeddah
• Western Region (Makkah & Madinah)
• Eastern Region (Dammam, Khobar & Dharan
• Southern Region (Aseer, Najran & Jazan)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.
• Saudi engineering registration.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
• PMP certification.
