Description
Job Description:As a Product Delivery Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
In the Cybersecurity Technology & Controls organization, you play a vital role in executing on product delivery. You drive business results on behalf customers by guiding end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, and continually exceeding client expectations. Acting as the voice of the customer, you develop and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient product solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Engineering Leads, and Security experts-to operationalize products, manage dependencies, monitor performance, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Your deep understanding of product delivery enables you to lead successful implementations, maintain accountability for accurate data, and foster a culture of excellence in Cybersecurity.
Job responsibilities:
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Communicate product portfolio's progress and escalate risks to all stakeholders through executive level reporting such as Monthly Business Reviews and Executive Management Reviews
- Leverage storytelling and delivery insights to communicate results, upcoming focus areas and key risks in a compelling manner aligned with business objectives
- Have the ability to navigate highly matrixed organization and escalate issues when needed
- Provides accountability for clean, accurate data into systems of record (e.g. JIRA, Communications Tools, etc.)
- Manage agile metrics for the team by leading team reviews, quarterly planning, ongoing reporting, and development of executive communications and narratives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Security teams in ceremonies to confirm impacts and scope, sprint sequencing, and delivery against committed timelines
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management, with 5+ years in a Product Delivery role. Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Expert in JIRA and Confluence
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders (e.g., heads of product, engineer leaders) and driving informed decisions
- Strong knowledge of engineering practices, and the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies and metrics to shape and lead delivery
- Capacity to develop AI driven processes to improve ways of working
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Cyber Security and working with Financial Services Firms and/or within regulated industries.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
