Description
Responsibilities- Support the execution of new investment opportunities from initial assessment through to completion.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation work and due diligence.
- Assist with investment committee materials and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with management teams, advisers and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to market mapping, sector research and origination activities.
Requirements
Candidates must satisfy all of the below criteria to be considered:
- Minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience post-internship.
- Current experience within a Healthcare Investment Banking or Healthcare Private Equity team at the analyst to VP level.
- Demonstrable transaction experience across the healthcare services sector.
- Direct exposure to the long-term care/healthcare real estate market through either advisory or investing activity.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding academic credentials and communication skills.
