Description
The General and Breast Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical care within a multi-specialty group, with a focus on both general surgery and breast disease. There will be a strong focus on multidisciplinary breast care. The surgeon will function as a key member of an integrated breast care team, collaborating closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, genetics, and supportive services to deliver coordinated, evidence-based, patient-centered care across the full continuum of breast disease. This role includes outpatient clinic responsibilities at the Kaiser Franklin Medical Office Building and emergency call coverage at St. Anthony North Hospital . This position is located in the Denver Metro area. The surgeon will participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.Benefits

- Pay range: Exempt; $422,720 to $497,317. *Salary prorated based .80 FTE. Salary will be based on education and/or years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of the full spectrum of patients with general surgical conditions and breast disease (benign and malignant), including elective and urgent cases
- Conduct outpatient clinics at the Franklin location, including new consultations, follow-ups, and post-operative care
- Participate in multidisciplinary breast care, including tumor boards and coordination with oncology, radiology, and pathology
- Provide inpatient care, including rounding, perioperative management, and coordination of discharge planning at St Anthony North Hospital and potentially other Kaiser affiliated hospitals.
- Participate in call coverage at St Anthony North Hospital and potentially other hospitals, including emergency general surgery and acute care coverage as assigned.
- Collaborate with referring providers and other specialists within the group to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
Schedule and Call Expectations:
- Outpatient clinical practice based at Franklin location
- Participation in call rotation at St Anthony North Hospital (frequency to be determined by group structure)
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
-Eligible for medical licensure in Colorado
- Eligible for hospital privileges at affiliated hospitals
