Your new role
Reporting directly to a Director, you will provide high-level executive support. This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to a proactive and organised individual who enjoys being the go-to person and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy calendar and coordinating appointments and meetings
- Screening calls and taking accurate messages
- Organising events, meetings, catering and travel arrangements
- Assisting with personal errands and ad hoc tasks
- Preparing documents, correspondence and internal communications
- Taking meeting notes and following up action items
- Managing billing, filing and document administration
- Running personal errands for the Director
- Providing reception relief when required
- Supporting the wider administration team with overflow work and projects
- General administrative support and coordination duties across the business
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, adaptable and capable of anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and be motivated to contribute positively to the broader team.You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and confident manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- A current driving licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience within legal or professional services environments will be highly regarded
