We’re currently seeking a Payor Contract Manager to support negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of thirdparty payer agreements across our integrated health system.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and administer payor contracts to ensure alignment with organizational financial and strategic goals
- Support contract negotiations, amendments, and renewals with commercial and government payors
- Analyze contract terms, reimbursement methodologies, and financial performance impacts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Revenue Cycle, Finance, Legal, and Clinical leaders
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and applicable regulatory standards
- Identify contract optimization opportunities and support payor relationship management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in healthcare contracting, payor relations, or managed care
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex reimbursement models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities
