Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Duties: Analyze local, regional, national, or digital market conditions to support marketing strategies. Collect data to estimate potential service sales or to devise a marketing or advertising plan. Investigate competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, sales trends, and distribution methods. Utilize search marketing strategies, interpret website performance metrics, and provide suggestions to improve search engine rankings and market visibility. Formulate, refine, or assess marketing strategies by considering organizational goals, market features, and cost/price factors. Collaborate with marketing teams, data analysts, and other experts to study consumer feedback and assess marketing strategies. Evaluate and monitor customer satisfaction levels. Design and implement data collection methodologies or oversee the procurement of relevant data sets. Examine and interpret customer demographic information, preferences, and behavior to identify market opportunities, trends and demand drivers.
Requirements: Bachelor or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; 5 years of experience in the job offered or closely related role Involving Sales And Marketing Management, Coordinating Marketing Campaigns.
Position requires 24 months of experience in each of the following skills and/or technologies: Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint (Executive Presentation); Microsoft Excel (Executive Reporting); Microsoft Excel (Forecasting); Google Ads Manager - Search/ad campaign management; Facebook/Meta Ads Manager - Social media campaign analytics; Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot or similar; Experience working within the e-commerce market.
This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters. Periodic travel to regional offices for campaign rollouts. Travel required to attend trade shows, conferences, and partner events. Valid driver's license and ability to travel. Must be available for occasional evening or weekend work to meet marketing deadlines. Some projects require flexible scheduling around campaign launch cycles. May be required to attend early-morning or late-evening meetings across time zones. Must be available for periodic meetings with teams in different time zones (early morning/late evening).
