Description
Marketing Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Reports to: CEO
Department: Marketing
Classification: Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 plus generous benefits
Retaaza is a B corp and social enterprise that strives to make local food more accessible and affordable, directly supports our communities’ farmers, reconnects consumers to their food and planet, and feeds families struggling with food insecurity. We are building robust relationships with local farmers, community organizations, local businesses, and individuals to create a nimble, streamlined approach that is making a measurable impact economically, socially, and environmentally across our communities.
This is a growth role for someone with enough experience to be self-sufficient - who understands marketing tools, data, and strategy - but who still brings the energy of a builder. You will report to the CEO, working collaboratively with leadership on strategic direction while owning execution end to end. This hybrid position balances remote work with in-person presence at our headquarters (Atlanta Tech Village), warehouse facility (Westside), and markets throughout the city. It is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environments and is passionate about food systems, sustainability, and equitable food access. As a key member of the team, you will work cross-functionally across departments to ensure Retaaza's mission and impact are communicated effectively.
