Description
Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial banking operations, including business lending, deposit growth, treasury services, and customer relationship management. Supervise and develop commercial banking staff, provide coaching and performance management, and support recruitment and hiring efforts. Establish and communicate strategic goals, monitor key performance indicators, and drive sales, marketing, and portfolio growth initiatives. Manage commercial loan origination, underwriting coordination, credit compliance, and relationship expansion activities. Serve as a trusted advisor to business clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, maintain client and prospect pipelines, and represent the organization through community and professional involvement. Ensure achievement of production, profitability, and customer service objectives while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing teams within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending, loan origination, underwriting, documentation, and treasury services.
Extensive experience in business relationship management and portfolio development.
Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency with banking systems and business software applications.
Ability to travel as required.
