What You'll Do
As the Live Education Manager, you’ll help drive the strategy, growth, and execution of RSNA’s live education programs in the U.S. and internationally.
Drive Program Growth and Innovation
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for expanding RSNA's educational offerings.
- Evaluate educational needs, healthcare trends, and competitive offerings to recommend new topics, formats, and program enhancements.
- Partner with volunteer leaders and colleagues to identify target audiences, meeting locations, and new opportunities for program growth.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies that strengthen RSNA's live education portfolio and global presence.
Lead Program Development and Execution
- Manage the planning and implementation of Spotlight Courses, Webinar Series, International Lecture Series, and other live educational programs.
- Oversee program goals, timelines, budgets, logistics, marketing strategies, and post-event evaluations.
- Ensure programs deliver exceptional educational value and align with RSNA's mission and strategic objectives.
- Lead vendor selection and manage key external partnerships that support successful program delivery.
Collaborate Across RSNA
- Work closely with Marketing, International Affairs, Corporate Relations, Membership, Meetings, Programs, and other teams to maximize program impact.
- Partner with Corporate Relations to support sponsorship opportunities and provide local market insights.
- Collaborate with physician volunteers, international partners, and external organizations to develop program content and outreach strategies.
- Manage co-sponsored educational initiatives and cultivate relationships with global partners.
Measure Success and Drive Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program performance, participant feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and enhancement.
- Evaluate outcomes and make data-informed recommendations to improve future educational offerings.
- Manage and monitor budgets to ensure responsible stewardship of program resources.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant experience in educational programming, healthcare education, association management, or a related field.
- Experience planning and executing educational programs, conferences, webinars, or professional development initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers, vendors, healthcare professionals, and organizational leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with a professional medical society, academic medical center, healthcare association, or hospital.
- Knowledge of continuing medical education (CME) best practices and ACCME accreditation requirements.
- Experience developing international education programs or working with global audiences.
- Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, or business development initiatives.
