Description
Provides legal support for Parkview Health primarily on contract drafting and negotiation. Provides legal advice for business transactions and legal support for transactional related matters . Provides legal advice on healthcare compliance issues as needed.
Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and Law Degree.
Experience: Real estate experience preferred. Must have experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Healthcare law experience is preferred. Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Requires broad knowledge of contract law. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership.
