The Team

As an engineering driven company we are working to define and solve the hardest problems at the intersection of AI, semiconductors and scalable systems across the edge computing landscape. We originated out of multiple years of research, as such at our core we value learning, intellectual curiosity, and self-starters. We have the ambitious goal of enabling cloud-level performance with significantly better energy-efficiency and cost-efficiency for AI inference infrastructure across markets like robotic, industrial automation, aerospace & defense and telecommunications.

Role & responsibilities:

This is a critical and visible role.

The program manager is responsible for the program execution of the ASIC program in terms of schedule, performance, power, cost and quality.

Identifies project risks working with the engineering teams and creates a mitigation plan, tracks regularly, and reviews with the executive team.

Predictable Execution is the ultimate goal.

Keeps dependencies under control and keeps all stakeholders informed periodically.

Ensures Change control, conducts project development milestone reviews, and other ASIC development processes are effectively implemented.

Roll up and report regularly to senior management on key development milestones, metrics, risks, and risk mitigation plans.

Works closely with design and technical leads, implementation teams, and other program managers to ensure the successful and timely delivery of quality products.

Desired Qualifications:

• ASIC program management experience. Experience inthe complete ASIC life cycle development cycle
• Meticulous Planning, Scheduling, Execution, Risk management and Delivery of SOCs
• Collaboration with ASIC functional teams (Architecture, Design, Verification, DFT, Physical Design) and cross-functional teams (IT, EDA partners, HW boards, SW, Validation, Business)
• Good understanding of SOC design flows
• Strong communication skills
• Metrics definition, generation for program, resource burn charts
• PMP certification is a value-add
• Process-oriented individual - Defining project gates, Hand-off criteria, Critical path definition and tracking, Identifying project big rocks and tracking
• Must have strong knowledge of planning tools like Microsoft mpp, advanced xls power point and project management tools.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels
• Track record of program management performance
