Position

Reporting to Senior Management, the Investment Associate will be involved in real estate related capital markets activities and corporate aspects of Firm Capital and its various affiliated entities.

Requirements

•         BA or BS degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting. CPA, MBA preferred but not required; 
•         1+ years prior work experience in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance; 
•         Demonstrated quantitative, analytic and financial modeling skills, including financial statement analysis; 
•         Extraordinary critical thinking and problem solving ability; 
•         High level of motivation and individual initiative; 
•         High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail; 
•         Proven multi-tasking skills; 
•         Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate directly with clients and senior management; 
•         Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; 
•         Must be fluent in English (written and oral); and
•         A positive and professional attitude.
