- Support transaction execution from evaluation through closing, including coordination of advisors and management of diligence processes.
- Analyze potential investments across energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and real asset sectors.
- Monitor portfolio investments through performance reporting, valuation updates, budget tracking, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and understand the commercial drivers supporting investments.
- Screen new opportunities, maintain transaction pipelines, and support broader origination efforts.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, corporate development, transaction advisory, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills with the ability to build models from the ground up.
- Experience supporting M&A, capital raising, strategic investments, or other transaction-oriented work.
- Interest or experience within energy, power, infrastructure, natural resources, or other real asset sectors preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise investment recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with significant responsibility.
