Lead the Growth of an Expanding Industrial Hygiene Practice
EnviroSure, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Practice Leader to lead and expand our Industrial Hygiene and Building Sciences practice throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of our industrial hygiene practice while developing new opportunities in occupational health, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, and life sciences markets.
We're looking for a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex problems, building client relationships, mentoring staff, and growing a business.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow EnviroSure's Industrial Hygiene and Building Sciences practice.
Manage and provide technical oversight for industrial hygiene, occupational exposure assessment, indoor air quality, asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and environmental health projects.
Mentor and develop a team of environmental professionals and industrial hygiene staff.
Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop proposals, scopes of work, and strategic growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to expand services within healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on occupational health and environmental matters.

Occupational exposure assessment
OSHA compliance consulting
Industrial ventilation evaluations
Respiratory protection programs
Healthcare and laboratory safety
Indoor environmental quality and building sciences
Manufacturing and industrial hygiene support
Pharmaceutical and life sciences consulting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
7+ years of industrial hygiene consulting experience.
Strong project management and client relationship management experience.
Experience developing proposals, managing budgets, and overseeing technical deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential preferred.
CIH-track candidates with significant consulting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience serving healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, or industrial clients.
Experience with occupational exposure monitoring, OSHA compliance, respiratory protection programs, industrial ventilation, or industrial hygiene program development.
Existing professional network within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.

Mentor and develop junior staff.

Help establish EnviroSure as a leading regional provider of industrial hygiene and building sciences consulting services.
