Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help manage key human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, retention strategies, policy development, and organizational HR support. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, and enhancing employee engagement and retention, while aligning HR practices with the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Partner with department leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.
Conduct workplace investigations and ensure consistency and fairness in decision-making, aligned with organizational values.
Support benefits administration by assisting with benefit processes and ensuring compliance.
Provide guidance on HRIS optimization and enhancements, ensuring effective utilization of systems
Implement and support employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives based on feedback and survey data.
Provide strategic HR support to leadership and contribute to cross-functional committees and system-wide projects.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements for operational effectiveness and employee experience.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Experience with compensation analysis, wage compression, and strategic salary planning.
Strong background in handling workplace investigations, corrective actions, and policy development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all organizational levels.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting workforce data and driving decision-making.
Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.
