Job Description

Duties:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of private equity and venture capital investments across the healthcare and life sciences sectors
• Lead investment structuring, valuation analysis, term sheet negotiation, transaction execution, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations, financial analyses, and risk assessments to the Investment Committee and senior management.
• Drive portfolio value creation through active engagement with management teams, participation in board meetings, and provision of strategic guidance on clinical development, commercialization, partnering, and fundraising activities.
• Support fundraising activities by providing market insights, portfolio updates, and investment performance analysis to existing and prospective limited partners (LPs) and stakeholders.

• A strong background in banking and financial services, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and investment strategies.
• Experience in deal structuring and transaction management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
