We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, drive profitability, and grow market share. Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate new and used vehicle sales teams to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Develop strategies to increase market share, customer retention, and dealership profitability.
Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
Partner with F&I to maximize performance and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
Analyze market trends, advertising effectiveness, and competitive activity to drive growth.
Qualifications
Proven success in automotive sales leadership, preferably in a Ford or franchise dealership environment.
Experience in new vehicle sales, used vehicle operations, and finance & insurance (F&I).
Strong understanding of advertising, inventory management, and dealership performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
