Fundraising Manager (USD Fund | Global Biotech & AI-Healthcare PE)

About the Company
A private equity fund focused on global biotech and AI-healthcare opportunities, backed by a major biotech company that currently has ~RMB 3 billion in funding. The company is raising / managing a USD-denominated vehicle targeting international institutional capital. The strategy centres on PE investments across biotech, life sciences, and AI-enabled healthcare globally.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Fundraising Manager to own capital raising and fund introduction for the USD fund. This is a pure front-office fundraising seat focused on institutional LPs outside China. You will be the primary interface with international investors and will drive the full fundraising cycle from pipeline building through close.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute the fundraising strategy and workplan for the USD fund
2. Source, approach, and convert international institutional LPs (pensions, endowments, SWFs, FOFs, family offices, insurers, etc.)
3. Lead fund introduction activities: roadshows, one-on-ones, conference coverage, and targeted outreach
4. Own the preparation and continuous update of all fundraising materials (teaser, PPM, pitch deck, data room, track record, case studies)
5. Manage the full investor due diligence process and coordinate internal teams (investment, legal, finance, compliance)
6. Build and maintain a high-quality investor CRM / pipeline with clear stage tracking and conversion metrics
7. Represent the fund at major LP conferences and industry events globally
8. Support ongoing investor relations and reporting after first close / final close

Requirements

1. 6-10 years of relevant experience in PE/VC fundraising, fund introduction, placement agency, or institutional IR
2. Demonstrable track record of raising capital from international LPs (non-Chinese capital is essential)
3. Existing, active network among global institutional investors; biotech / healthcare / life sciences LP relationships are a strong plus
4. Experience raising or co-raising USD PE funds (size ideally US$200m+)
5. Excellent written and spoken English (this is a non-negotiable requirement for international LP coverage)
6. Strong commercial judgement, process discipline, and ability to operate independently in a lean team
7. Willingness to travel frequently (Asia, US, Europe, Middle East)
