Description

• Monitor investment portfolios for compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, investment mandates, and risk limits.
• Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, exceptions, and guideline violations.
• Prepare portfolio analytics and regulatory reports, including asset allocation and fund performance monitoring.
• Enhance compliance monitoring tools and processes to support new products and evolving market requirements.
• Perform NAV validation, reconciliations, and valuation checks to ensure fund pricing accuracy.
• Support oversight of complex investment products, including listed and OTC derivatives.

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in asset management operations, fund administration, or investment compliance.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with Bloomberg AIM, compliance rule coding, or investment monitoring systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient in English and Chinese with strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
