We offer a collaborative environment, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to be part of a team that values your ideas and ambition.As a Program Management Associate within the General Ledger Program Management Team, you will partner with Line of Business stakeholders, data Subject Matter Experts, consumers, and technology teams across the firm. You will play a key role in sourcing, processing, reporting, and controls for General Ledger applications. Your work will help ensure operational readiness, support business transformation, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Together, we drive the success of firmwide initiatives and deliver value to our clients and colleagues.
Job responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate project activities and resources
- Identify issues and risks, define mitigation strategies, and communicate or escalate as needed
- Ensure operational readiness through rigorous testing and implementation management
- Support operating model impact assessments and document changes, driving implementation communication
- Drive components of GL Platform initiatives, coordinating across technology and business teams
- Collaborate with technology teams to document and agree on business requirements, test changes, and support user testing and implementation
- Create and maintain project documentation according to standards, providing updates to senior management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- Strong business analysis skills, including reviewing requirements and drafting clear technical specifications
- Ability to understand internal data processes and align technical specifications with regulatory requirements
- Experience coordinating UAT testing of systems and reports
- Ability to reconcile large data sets, identify gaps, and present summaries to senior stakeholders
- Strong control mindset and attention to detail in data governance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused, able to work independently
- Experience with project delivery discipline or user-facing product ownership
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with UI/UX design and implementation, integrating technical functionality with user needs
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks, leveraging these technologies to enhance product capabilities and insights
