The Position

The Director of Revenue Integrity is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the development and advancement of revenue integrity across Southeast Georgia Health System.
Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this leader will oversee two direct reports.
Key responsibilities include strengthening charge reconciliation and charge capture processes, overseeing Charge Description Master (CDM) governance, reducing revenue leakage and preventable denials, and serving as a trusted resource to departments across the organization on revenue integrity opportunities and challenges.
The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on leader with strong emotional intelligence and deep revenue integrity subject matter expertise. This individual should be collaborative, approachable, and skilled at building relationships across departments while bringing the experience and fresh perspective needed to develop a growing function.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required.
A minimum of eight years of progressive revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or healthcare finance experience is required, with expertise in CDM, charge capture, coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer rules.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams required; experience with Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or a similar EHR and relevant professional certification preferred.
