Description
Leads multifamily housing development, modernization, and mixed-finance projects for HACS. Oversees financing, construction, compliance, budgeting, partnerships, and homeownership initiatives while managing development teams and ensuring successful project delivery and HUD compliance. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Public Administration, Finance, or related field. Requires 7+ years in real estate/housing development, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. Mixed-finance housing experience preferred.
