The Company

Our client is a market leading group with a diversified business portfolio and ongoing investment activities across different sectors. To support the business expansion, they are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the team.
This is a newly created headcount offering direct exposure to senior management and involvement in strategic investment projects.

The Role

• Support senior management in evaluating new business opportunities, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, market research and business analysis for potential transactions.
• Perform commercial and financial due diligence on target companies and projects.
• Assist in deal execution, transaction structuring and investment evaluation.
• Prepare investment papers, presentations and management reports for decision-making purposes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide financial insights to management.
• Support ad-hoc corporate finance, M&A and strategic projects as assigned.

Your Profile

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Qualified CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Around 5-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuation, M&A Advisory, Deal Advisory or Investment-related functions.
• Candidates from Big 4 or professional services firms are welcomed.
• Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech, technology, retail or consumer sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to assess investment opportunities from both financial and strategic perspectives.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
