We are actively partnering with respected law firms and corporate legal departments seeking experienced Contract Attorneys to provide immediate support on a wide variety of legal matters across multiple practice areas. Whether your background is in litigation, employment, corporate, commercial transactions, real estate, healthcare, intellectual property, family law, or another specialty, we welcome the opportunity to connect with experienced attorneys interested in contract, project-based, or temporary-to-hire opportunities.
These assignments offer the chance to work on sophisticated legal matters while collaborating with experienced legal teams in flexible, fast-paced environments. Opportunities range from short-term projects to long-term engagements and, in some cases, may lead to permanent employment.
What We're Looking For:
- Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (or eligibility to practice in Washington)
- Prior attorney experience in one or more legal practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage assignments independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with litigation, transactional, regulatory, or advisory work is welcomed
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can quickly contribute to ongoing matters

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and assignment, $40.00 to $100.00 per hour
