- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing construction projects in the real estate sector.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Construction Management is preferred.
