| Job Summary | Provide Technology Support That Keeps Extension Connected The University of Kentucky is seeking a Computer Support Specialist II to serve as a Regional Extension Information Technology Contact supporting Cooperative Extension Service offices throughout western Kentucky. Based at the Research and Education Center in Princeton, Kentucky, this role provides frontline technical support, technology consulting, and network assistance for 17 Cooperative Extension Service offices. The successful candidate will help ensure employees have reliable technology resources while supporting daily operations, cybersecurity awareness, and long-term technology planning. What You'll Do

| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Office Suites, Mac OS, peer-to-peer networking, strong technical and troubleshooting skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to function within a collaborative team-oriented environment, strong customer service skills. |
