Rewarding part time opportunity with our school district!

This is a .75 FTE position. Applicants are required to hold or be able to provide evidence of eligibility for an appropriate Minnesota Community Educator License. Fulfill the mission and goals of Esko Community Education by working with the program coordinators in developing policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for the programs.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Education/Licensure Needed:
Bachelor Degree in a field related to community education
Community Education Director's License (or be licensed within two years)

Job Qualifications:
Possess a commitment to the Community Education Philosophy.
Exceptional leadership qualities and organizational skills.
Computer skills including, but not limited to, Eleyo class registration, Arbiter facility management, Microsoft word, excel, and email, along with all programs in Google, website maintenance, electronic sign maintenance, social media, and blogging.
Public relations and marketing skills.
Communication skills via the phone, in writing, and in person including large group presentations. Employee supervision including goal setting and annual reviews.
Recruiting and hiring staff.
