Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Am Law & Boutique Law Firms)Salary: $110,000-$140,000 | Multiple Openings
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with multiple Am Law and boutique law firm clients to hire experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegals. These opportunities support sophisticated commercial real estate practices handling complex, multi-state transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal seeking stability, collaboration, and exposure to high-level commercial real estate work.
Job Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will provide support on commercial (not residential) real estate transactions, with a strong emphasis on title and survey review, zoning matters, and multi-state deals. Successful candidates are confident professionals who enjoy working collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
- Review, analyze, and summarize title commitments, title policies, surveys, and related objections
- Assist with multi-state real estate transactions and jurisdiction-specific requirements
- Review and coordinate zoning documents and zoning-related matters
- Prepare and manage closing checklists and transaction documents
- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and opposing counsel
- Maintain organized files and track deadlines across multiple transactions
- 6+ years of stable law firm experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Experience focused exclusively or primarily on commercial real estate
- Strong background in title and survey review
- Experience supporting multi-state transactions
- Familiarity with zoning matters and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced law firm environment
- Title company experience strongly preferred
- Smart, confident, and personable
- Professional and comfortable interacting with clients
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with attorneys and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and strong organizational skills
This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $110,000 to $140,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
