The Role
This position focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare organizations and technology vendors, and introducing prospective clients to consulting solutions that improve how healthcare businesses operate.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy building their own pipeline, developing long-term business relationships, and being rewarded directly for the results they create.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new client opportunities within healthcare organizations

Build relationships with clinic owners, healthcare executives, and decision-makers

Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational challenges

Introduce consulting solutions aligned with client needs

Guide prospects through the sales process and close new engagements

Collaborate with our consulting team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Services You'll Be Introducing
Business Development Partners introduce organizations to RNB Consulting Group’s services, including:

Healthcare operations optimization programs

Compliance and certification readiness consulting

Workforce productivity and leadership development programs

EHR implementation, optimization, and training services

Monthly operational advisory consulting packages
Engagements may include recurring consulting programs or one-time project fees
What We're Looking For

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Confidence initiating conversations with new prospects

Ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline

Comfort navigating consultative sales conversations

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Experience in B2B sales, consulting services, healthcare services, or healthcare technology is beneficial but not required

Existing relationships within healthcare or healthcare technology sectors are a strong advantage
Compensation

100% commission-based compensation

Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. The listed range reflects estimated annual earnings based on performance and closed engagements.
Many client engagements are structured as recurring monthly services, allowing partners to build a growing portfolio of client relationships over time.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Ability to generate new business opportunities independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling B2B services, consulting, software, or healthcare solutions
- Experience selling to healthcare organizations or healthcare technology companies
- Existing relationships within healthcare or health technology sectors
