Description
We invite you to join our CAO - Licensing and Regulatory Management (LRM) Team in the Philippines in a dynamic, high-impact role that helps drive business efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven insights, meaningful reporting, and process optimization.As a Business Analyst in the CAO - Licensing and Regulatory Management (LRM) Team in the Philippines, you will oversee the centralized control, monitoring, and recording of fixed assets in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of relevant Philippine government agencies. You will also serve as a primary point of contact with Philippine regulators on asset management-related matters, partnering closely with Lines of Business and key support functions including Legal, Compliance, Technology, Global Real Estate (GRE), Finance, and Sourcing/Procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the team, and ensure all controls and checks are completed by the end of day
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance while meeting operational SLAs and project timelines.
- Ensure effective and consistent implementation the end-to-end process controls for asset related transactions, from asset procurement until its disposal, including its subsequent financial transactions in Fixed Asset Register
- Review and improve the end-to-end control process as part of Regulatory Change Management
- Understand the regulatory requirements by working with Legal, Compliance and various corporate functions including vendors/suppliers
- Work with business and corporate groups to prioritize the regulatory requirements, by presenting the business case or creating a project plan
- Perform cost benefit analysis and create process optimization proposals to the CAO
- Successfully deliver controlled environment of Regulatory Reporting
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- 5+ years of related fixed asset management experience (e.g., asset inventory and tagging, asset pooling processes, and similar functions).
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience managing an operations team.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements of Philippine regulatory agencies (e.g., Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Bureau of Customs, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory reporting and in processing permits, clearances, and other regulatory requirements.
- Solid operations background with project management skills, able to lead initiatives or support broader team deliverables; proactive in change management, innovation, and issue resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
- Flexible, well-organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
