WCS Industries is a Muskego, Wisconsin-based machined parts manufacturing company with current metal components manufacturing locations in Muskego, Wisconsin and North Branch, Minnesota. We custom design and manufacture metal components including precision mechanical springs, cold headed products, specialty fasteners, machined parts, wire forms, flat forms and leg levelers. Our metal components are usually one specific and crucial part in larger more complex products or assemblies in a wide range of markets including appliance, automotive, lawn and garden, small engine, power sports and industrial manufacturers.

Company History

In 2014, Wisconsin Coil Spring, LLC acquired Custom Headed Products, Inc. (CHP). In 2015, it acquired The Rockford Company (Rockford). The acquisition of CHP & Rockford provides legacy customers with an expanded product offering supported by the combined engineering and technical professionals of the three manufacturers.
