EAC Network then evolved to include programs to assist border social issues such as human trafficking and child abuse, alternative to incarnation programs, mental health and substance abuse services and many more. EAC is an agency that Empowers the underprivileged, Assist families in need and Care for the elderly with over 100 programs launched reaching over 54,000 individuals in the community.
