Born Licensing is a licensing agency focused on making the licensing process easier across a broad range of areas.
Our licensed advertising division is focused on the licensing of characters, clips and IP in advertising campaigns. We work with the greatest film, TV, animation and video game Licensors from around the globe and the advertising agencies that wish to license their IP in their campaigns.
Our Born to License division has expanded our services to companies that offer products and services across a broad range of sectors such as apparel, health and beauty, food and beverage, publishing, fashion accessories, digital products and many more.
We have decades of licensing experience, having worked with all major Licensors including Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Mattel, Hasbro, Universal Studios and hundreds more.

What we’re looking for: a high performing, focused, entertainment loving self-starter who will proactively and passionately fill the position of Licensing Coordinator.
Requirements
Role Responsibilities
- Reporting to the President of Licensing, North America
- Helping with day to day account management of existing North American and Australia based clients such as WOLFpak, Plum Deluxe, Lifely*, Courtney Brands and Every Man Jack.
- Assisting with Licensee reporting and administration e.g. reporting royalties on time, royalty forecasting, marketing commitment, CMF reports, marketing plans etc.
- Creating presentation decks for client pitches, licensor meetings and internal reporting
- Exploring new license opportunities for existing clients in order to grow their licensing business
- Understanding the licensing landscape and which properties are expected to be most beneficial for Born to License clients
- Assisting with the pitching for licenses on behalf of clients
- Providing support throughout the licensing contract process to ensure it is as smooth as possible
- Day-to-day account management of licensees, royalty tracking, project management and appropriate reporting to licensors
General responsibilities
- Other duties as requested by company CEO, President of Licensing or Licensing Manager
- Attendance at industry events and tradeshows including Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, potential for international travel (passport required)
- Collating client information for social media, newsletters and company deck
Essential Skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience creating polished presentation decks (Keynote preferred)
- Comfortable supporting royalty reporting and revenue forecasting
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Desirable skills

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm PST
Location: Remote, US based (PST timezone required)
