Synergy Radiology is a physician-owned, fully remote teleradiology group seeking Diagnostic, Neuro, MSK, ER, and General Radiologists to join our growing team.

This is a performance-driven opportunity offering schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and full operational support so you can focus on reading.

Compensation Model:

• 7.5 wRVU/hr: approximately $330–390 per hour

• 10 wRVU/hr: approximately $440–520 per hour

• 12 wRVU/hr: approximately $550–650 per hour

Practice Support:

• Dedicated 24/7 coordinator support handling administrative tasks, criticals, and communication

• 24/7 IT support and troubleshooting

• State-of-the-art workstation provided at no cost

• Efficient workflow with established systems (PACS and worklist optimized for productivity)

Practice Environment:

• Diverse case mix including ER, inpatient, and general diagnostic studies
