BREAST IMAGING POSITION

The Department of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine, along with its partners NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian, seek a full-time faculty member with expertise in Breast Imaging.

The Division of Breast Imaging consists of 18 fellowship trained faculty members and provides a full range of breast imaging with the latest technology at our outpatient offices and hospital-based sites. Residents and fellows from our large and highly ranked training program rotate through most of these sites. Protected time is provided to allow faculty to focus on areas of interest including research and education. It is a uniquely collegial environment, highly centered on multidisciplinary care integration.

Weill Cornell Medicine emphasizes clinical excellence and patient-centered care in conjunction with work-life balance, a collegial atmosphere for all its employees, and flexible scheduling.

The successful candidate will have an MD or DO degree, American Board of Radiology certification, and dedicated fellowship training in breast imaging. Candidates should have strong clinical and interpersonal skills as our workflow relies on routine patient and referrer interactions.

Salary ranges between $300,000 - $550,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Weill Cornell Medicine provides the above salary range in compliance with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range listed is for fulltime employment not including bonuses, clinical incentive compensation, or benefits. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, specialty, training, and hospital/community needs.

The above salary range for New York City based roles represents WCM’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
