Are you ready to practice emergency medicine in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with the support of an experienced and collaborative team? At the Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls, we’re looking for a dedicated Associate Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in the heart of Texas Hill Country.

About Us
In 2023, we moved into our 10,000 sq. ft. purpose-built emergency hospital, we’ve cared for more than 32,000 patients—averaging 900+ cases each month. Our hospital is equipped with top-of-the-line technology including digital radiography, ultrasound, on-site lab, surgical suite, and advanced monitoring equipment. Behind the medicine, you’ll find a strong and supportive team of highly skilled veterinary technicians, assistants, client doctor liaisons, receptionists, and kennel staff who work around the clock to support our doctors and patients.

The Role
As an Associate Emergency Veterinarian, you’ll encounter a wide range of cases—from straightforward emergencies to complex critical care. Our team manages a high volume of surgical emergencies in-house, giving doctors frequent opportunities to perform a wide range of soft tissue and emergency surgical procedures. We work closely with clients and tailor treatment plans whenever possible to ensure we can help as many pets as we can. Success in this role requires strong communication, adaptability, and compassion as you balance client, patient, and team needs. We welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates who are passionate about emergency medicine—our current doctor team spans 25+ years of experience to fresh graduates eager to grow.

Requirements

• Prior urgent care or emergency experience preferred
• Overnights, day shifts, and swing shifts available
• 2 weekends off per month
• Hot and cold holiday off annually
