We are a global team of over 250 highly skilled professionals with expertise in areas of structured finance, data management/governance, software development, project management, and product management.

We are a fast-paced customer success team for supporting award-winning product suites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in applying their analytical and technical skills to build and support solutions for various segments of the structured finance markets. Within the first 6 months, you will get to learn about the fundamentals of various structured finance asset classes such as Consumer ABS, CLOs, and CMBS. You will also learn about a range of products such as Web Portal, Data Feeds, APIs, Desktop Products, and various Excel/Python-based solutions that we manage and support for our customers. We strongly believe in learning by doing models, so, we will expect you to assist with various technical/analytical client support and product management tasks of increased complexity while acquiring a good understanding of our business. You will be taking part in the design and integration of new features, and assisting our clients in meeting their overall structured finance technology, model, and data needs.

Role/Responsibilities:
• Reverse Engineer Structure Finance transactions in Moody's proprietary cashflow engines
• Assist senior members of the team in supporting and training clients on software applications and safe delivery/implementation of a suite of structured finance products.
• Assist in the release of refined data sets to internal/external clients and downstream processes.
• Help to develop detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans for a wide variety of financial institutions using our analytic software and data solutions.
• Brainstorm, design and develop an enterprise software product
• Create technical design documents and present the details to a larger audience
• Work collaboratively with a global team of project managers, developers, and business analysts
• Participate in architecture and design reviews for projects that require complex technical solutions
• Perform gap analysis and provide business solutions
• May require to build cashflow models and perform performance data updates for Structured Finance transactions using the proprietary software platform.
• Assist with special projects
• Some travel is required.

• Some travel is required.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• 5-7 years of working experience, preferably in the structured finance industry
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA, or other scripting or coding languages required.
• Prior working experience of Intex and/Or Trepp product suites a plus
• Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases is a plusStructured Finance OUMust be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (i.e., at least 2 weeks after last dose) and, if hired, present proof of vaccination on start date, as determined by Moody's.
