The Denver, Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group
- Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction-related contracts across all project delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, EPC) for various building types
- Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
- Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $210,000 to $250,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly objective bonus
